Oh hi, El Jay, what's the haps?

I'm still alive, by the way. Had a wonderful birthday on the 21st (I got to wear a sombrero) and a wonderful Xmas on the 25th (significantly less sombreros on this one). I literally got some of the same presents that krile's 8-year-old cousin got. I am mature.

I still come by and read entries from you all every now and then, rest assured! I just haven't had much I've wanted to compose into a meaningful, well-thought-out entry lately (note: I have never composed such a thing here).

Just check your automatic payments to see if they're not turned on. I think that's the main thing that will affect you. Otherwise, it's just LJ deciding to fix what's not broken, piss off customers by answering everything with 'deal with it', and deciding they want to go up against Facebook. Great time for popcorn.

Yeah I actually cancelled my automatic payments a while ago because I could tell I wouldn't really be using El Jay that much anymore! Oh well~

I might make a DW just for the heck of it, maybe back this baby up to it or something. Not sure I'd use it much either way, but still...

Oops, for some reason my wording came out weird. I meant that for some accounts that have been paid in the past or currently, LJ has been turning auto payments on (or off) without consent from the user. This happened last week and I hear it's been going on again. (The LJ staff denies it, going so far as to calling people liars.)

Never hurts to have another place to post. You can import icons and entries from LJ to DW as well.
