CHAIN REACTION
Mar. 5th, 2008 11:13 amPlundered from just about everyone:
1. Reply to this post, and I will pick three of your icons.
2. Make a post (including the meme info) and talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon squee. Whoo!
(the squee and whoo are apparently part of the meme, before you get any ideas)
ANYWAY~ onto the icons
timgeo chose~!

#1: Okay look Ramza has a nice pair of buttocks, in fact it's his main selling point. The character designer, Akihiko Yoshida, even commented that when he's stuck on a design he'll draw the backside of a character first. So basically what this icon is saying is "you will be mesmerized by the asspants". Also I needed an FFT icon obviously, and I already had this animated .gif lying around.
Segundo: I found this image on a random wallpaper I found online, I have no idea the "real" source, but it's a mischievous-looking >:3 face who is cooking some kind of omelette or something. This icon is used when I am scheming a nefarious scheme! Or when a :3 face is needed, you know, it happens. He's got a sweatdrop going on there which means it's either hot in the kitchen, or maybe he's not so sure about this scheme he's cooking up. But you won't know which it is until... it's too late~!
三番: This is Rudy from Wild Arms. He's a silent protagonist, you know, the kind of hero that doesn't talk. It was a pretty popular thing to do in the 8 and 16-bit days, but it still persists today. Anyway, I had just finished Alter Code:F when I made this icon, which is used whenever I either am left speechless, or the discussion is about Wild Arms, or I just need to use a blue-haired guy icon. Again, this happens all the time.
As you can see, there isn't a deep meaning behind most of my icons! I just kind of make them when I want to have an icon of a certain game or series or whatever. But I can manage to ramble on about them if the situation calls for it.

And, yes, of course, the best strategy in any tactical situation is to show some ass!
