YAY, CONS! That's super cool that you saw a DQ cosplayer. I've been going to cons for about 7 years now, and my tally goes like this: Anime Detour (Minneapolis)- 6 years Kakkoi Con (Minneapolis, summer con, full of fail and didn't come back for a second year)- 1 year Otakon (Baltimore)- last year (and again in two weekends)
The point of my tally is that I have seen a DQ cosplayer MAYBE once. You're so lucky to have found a Hero! *sniffles* ALSO: Holy crow, your fiancee makes a fucking adorable Sayaka. I'm pretty picky about my cosplay standards (although I appreciate anyone who actually looks like they put in effort) and I love it. Also, don't you love how you can go to a con wearing anything and fit right in? Your rainbows and blue hi-tops made you prime con-wanderer material.
