2. Charmeleon (I seem to like the middle evolutions of a lot of PKMN for some reason)

I don't really like using legendaries all that much and I kind of forget what the Silver/Gold ones were like xD; But... (no particular order)

1. Darkrai (He's just badass-looking)

Life is to short to use ugly Pokemon. In fact, I won't use ugly characters in ANY RPG... Ragnar? has not seen the light of day since his chapter. XD

Yeah Ragnar is certainly... that pink armor... I mean, I'm really supposed to use him instead of the sexy sisters or Alena or... ANYONE ELSE? Yeah, no. As you said, life is just too short for that.

If I remember correctly, Ragnar is a strong fighter, but I never used him either (except in the fight with the Saroknight, since magic is useless in that). Alena was usually the second attacker in my party. I still haven't gotten the DS version, though, so I'm not sure how ugly Ragnar is in it. {g}

An old guy wearing pink armor + a blue mustache is probably never going to look good, but at least with the NES sprites you could pretend he was some kind of pixelly beaver or something if you squinted.

He IS a pretty darn good fighter and has excellent defense, but I always chose Alena over him for criticals. And the hat. I mean Torneko isn't exactly a stud but at least he tries to be amusing.

Yeah, I liked to use him just to see what he'd do next. And sometimes it was really useful, like when he'd trip and hit a monster or cause an enemy to lose a turn because they're laughing at a bad joke.

I really haven't played it in a long time either, other than to embarrassingly quest over to Toys R Us in order to download legendaries and stuff like that. I'm waiting for Platinum to come out before I seriously play again, but we can tango anytime, anyplace! (almost)
