slimequestI suppose I should be glad today because I don't have to work, but it would seem that everything else about the day is lame.
For example, I'm at school right now, which is lame enough. But our new Marine Biology teacher (our regular one is on maternity leave to go crap out some kid) is a total bitch. She doesn't know how to teach, she flies through the lecture and then says "okat what's the scientific name of THIS random species I mentioned for 4 seconds back there?" and of course I have no idea. Then we have to watch movies on biology stuff and she freaking quizzes us on "WHAT'S THAT? WHAT PHYLUM???" and I'm like what the fuck? I'm trying to watch the damned movie, idiot.
We had to dissect things like sea stars and squid today too, which was decently fun, but she was bitchy the whole time and acted like only SHE knew how to cut it the right way or whatever. And gawd, she has such a fat face. I'm going to smack the shit out of her.
And now I'm here in the library and some big fat idiot in a gigantic green shirt is talking on his freaking cell phone IN THE LIBRARY like he doesn't know people are trying to study or whatever. What the hell does some idiot like him need a cell phone for, anyway? Does he have KFC on speed dial or something for emergencies?
To compound the not-so-fun aspect, lately I haven't been able to play FFXI much if at all. My leveling-up partner in crime hasn't been able to come on when I've been able to play, in addition, my brothers are apparently kindergartners who go to bed at 9 PM so I can't use the desktop computer in their room to play (it won't run on my laptop). So basically it's been impossible to get any decent amount of playing in, which sucks because this week is a really slack week when it comes to work so I'd like to spend it doing something fun.
And.. ugh, I dunno. I could go on but pretty much EVERYONE has been pissing me off as of late, whether blatantly or just doing little hints of things to annoy me. I really hate it when you THINK somebody's someone you can depend on to be decent, but then they reveal something that just makes you go "uhh.. no".
The only positive thing of late is that I got my Dragon Quest squishy slime :D I got the blue one, and he's... squishy. Oh and I've made some nice progress in Disgaea on my 2nd playthrough. But other than that.. ARGH
I hope things improve before Valentine's Day, I don't want that day to be ruined by stupid stuff.

She gives us the notes, a 15 page booklet, and then fucks off for an hour. returns only to splurt out some random irrelevant question, and when nobody knows the answers she will say "YOU'RE ALL GOING TO FAIL THEN AREN'T YOU??". Hmm, maybe if you had sat and gone through the notes with us, we'd know WTF you are talking about, you obtuse hippopotamus?

I take my hat off to you, sir. I took Biology this year. I lasted a month. I figured I didn't know what the hell was going on when I thought a Liver Cell was a vagina :(
