LOL! I don't even have the damn Wii yet, and I'm trying like all hell not to be swayed by the shiny. *sigh*

Between this game coming out and Shining Force II coming to the Virtual Console (as well as all the other shiny stuff) it's going to be difficult XD Luckily for you, it's still nearly impossible to find one!

What IS this "Virtual Console", exactly?

(And why do you keep taunting me, dammit?!?)

You make it too easy! xD

The VC, as us cool kids call it, is basically where you can buy older NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, etc games and play them on the Wii. They come out with a few new ones every week.

They have Shining Force on there already and SFII is slated to come out very soon!

It's also very convenient to be able to use the wireless Wiimote to play them, the ultimate in laziness ;D

Woah. So it's like a giant (legal) emulator that doesn't tie up your computer? That's righteous. Shit. I think I'd be more inclined to but the Wii for that, than any of the new gaames (save DQ and Shining Force, of course). But I'm not! Because I have an extra computer. :D

Well, that works too XD But yeah it's basically as you described. The prices aren't bad (500 Wii points for an NES game, aka 5 bucks, 800 for a Genesis game, etc) and it's nice to be able to play them on your TV, so it's a good reason to own one besides the actual Wii games, Gamecube backwards compatibility, etc ;D
