Lil' Swabby

Beat Steambot Chronicles, on the good-guy path. This game is disturbingly fun. I tend to run around in a grass skirt/sombrero/bitch boots and play my harmonica on street corners to get enough money to afford food and gas. Man, I want to live that way, too.

You can "get laid" in the game, as well. Basically you invite a girl over to your house and if she likes you enough you can ask her to "clean my ears?", and you literally rest your head on her lap as she.. cleans out your ears with a q-tip. THEN if you are lucky enough you can make her some "hot cocoa" and she will enjoy drinking it... immensely.

Apparently I've been doing it wrong in real life this whole time.

Whyyyy did I buy Megaman X7 and X8? Yes, they were incredibly cheap at the mall but that's hardly an excuse. Even the guy at the counter said "they're up to 8 now??"

Today's fun fact: Crystalis is an awesome game and according to it, the world ended on October 1, 1997. I don't see any evidence to the contrary. It's kind of comforting, in a way.

I've been attempting to get GameFly to send me this goddamn game [Steambot Chronicles] for months. I'm convinced I'll never get a chance to play it.

I've never dealt with online game renting but I imagine they probably have 1500 copies of Halo in stock and very few of the less mainstream games to rent out. Which is why I haven't bothered with it.

Is it true you can really be a bad-guy if you want to? That'd be awesome.

Indeed. The two main paths are villan and hero, you can also turn your back and switch sides halfway in either path (making slightly different storylines happen), along with a couple other variations. Good replay value.

What exactly do you do to become a villain? I'm assuming you just answer questions like a prick. Do you get to fight a team of heroes?

There's a very obvious point where the leader of the bad guys lets you in on where their base is - if you choose to go you join up with them. You end up fighting against your former friends and band members and their side of the army.

You get to pick answers to a LOT of questions in the game, but they don't influence the path you choose. Just the relationship levels with your friends and how certain scenes play out.
